General
Peter believes in limited-government, freedom, capitalism, sound-money, the rule of law, all the concepts believed by the Founding Fathers when they first created this Republic. But frankly, it is not about Peter's beliefs. It is about upholding his oath to defend the Consitution and regulating government to within it's Constitutional boundaries.
Peter has a demonstrated track-record through published commentaries, articles, books through the years to indicate these beliefs. He seeks office unmotivated by re-election, seeing if devoting 6-years is enough to divert us from the path of financial ruin.
Economy
Restoring the economic health of America is Peter's top-priority. His understanding of how real economies work led him to his uncanny predictions on the mess that we are in. Peter believes restoring the free-markets (i.e. getting government out) is the road to our freedom and prosperity.
Repealing government won't just help the economy. Each of the issues listed can be addressed with reducing the size and reach of government.
